The plot of land at the end of Laxey Promenade is up for sale.
It's on the site of the old Cliffside and End café, which was demolished last month due to the building being unsafe after being derelict for several years.
The plot currently has planning permission for a large three bedroom detached house and three more terraced houses.
It's available on the Chrystals website, with an asking price of £395,000.
