The Office of Fair Trading has reassured those awaiting ticket refunds from the cancelled Isle of Man festival that they are on the case.
OFT chief officer Mike Ball said they are in regular contact with the organiser to monitor the situation.
The majority of ticket holders have already been refunded but the OFT says it's disappointed there are still a number of people yet to receive their money back.
