A five date information tour was announced yesterday by Orsted, the company hoping to develop an Offshore Wind Farm in Manx waters.
If given planning consent the wind farm would be located 6-12 nautical miles off Maughold Head.
Orsted are currently assessing the potential environmental effects of situating the farm in this location.
We spoke to their Development Director for The Isle of Man, John Galloway, who gave us an idea on the time scale they'd be working to, if given the go ahead by government.
