Government officials have been in the UK this week learning more about green energy concepts.
Representatives from the Department of Environment, Food & Agriculture have been in Scotland looking at projects which use solar, tidal, wind and hydrogen energy.
The visit comes after Tynwald officially recognised a climate change emergency last week.
The Island also recently hosted the UK Plant Health Coordination Committee where they met with devolved governments and other crown dependencies to discuss rules for safer food in the British Isles.
