The official opening of Laxey's new skate park has been postponed until September 9.
Garff Commissioners have made the decision as the weather forecast suggests the skating conditions won't be ideal.
However, the skate park will still be open from tomorrow for use in the meantime.
The Great Laxey Duck Races are still taking place.
