A £5.8m sheltered housing complex in Ramsey has officially opened.
The Mayfield Apartment complex has opened on Queen’s Pier Road and replaces the Cooil ny Marrey complex on Waterloo road.
The project consists of 27 one-bedroom and 10 two-bedroom apartments, delivered by Ramsey and Northern District Housing Committee in partnership with the Department of Infrastructure.
Chairman of the Committee, Miranda Fargher, says Mayfield will help them meet their tenants' needs with the amazing facilities it has to offer, and give them independence combined with security.
