Police have launched an information appeal over an incident on a street in Kirk Michael.
Officers say it happened between on the pavement on Main Road outside the BCC car showroom between 3.15pm and 3.30pm on Sunday, December 20.
No further details have been given yet, but authorities want to hear from anyone who has information or dashboard camera footage which could've picked up what happened.
