Office of Fair Trading Warn Island About Visiting Traders
The Office of Fair Trading are warning Island residents to be on their guard following a number of un licensed traders going door to door.
Any Off-Island traders operating on the Isle of Man must have a non-resident traders licence issued by the Office before they can do so.
It's thought they will try to sell you goods like carpet and matresses.
If anyone comes across such a trader they're urged to contact the Office of Fair Trading immediately.
