Two government departments will share the same building in St Johns to cut costs.
The Department of Education, Sport and Culture is relocating from Hamilton House in Douglas to the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture's headquarters.
From October, the DESC will share Thie Slieau Whallian in St.John's which was built in 2010 from sustainable materials.
Government says it is part of Treasury plans to cut the costs of its office space.
