An off-Island company is to carry out the independent review of last months Laxey floods.
Arup has been tasked with looking into the severe weather event on October 1 with a drop-in event taking place next month in the town for residents to share their experiences.
That will take place on December 11 with Garff Commissioners saying it will take place at the Working Mens Institute with more details to follow.
Chief Minister, Howard Quayle MHK, had previously confirmed a review of the devastating events in the town would be carried out after he visited Laxey residents in the wake of the major incident.
