Unemployment levels have increased in the Island over the month of October.
The total number of registered unemployment stood at 1064 that’s a rate of 2.4 per cent.Throughout the month 232 people signed on, and 190 signed off, showing an increase of 42 registered unemployed.
Of the total 728 are males and 336 females.
The Island is still in a much more favourable position when compared to the UK, with the situation set to improve throughout November and December with more seasonal work opportunities.
