The Island's largest nursing trade union is balloting members as a pay dispute with Manx Care continues.
In previous talks, the health body offered Royal College of Nursing members a 4% increase - they'd originally requested 15%.
Members will now decide whether to accept or reject the offer, and if they would be willing to take industrial action.
The ballot is taking place until July 26.
