Staff shortages on a medical and elderly ward at Noble's Hospital have left one nurse covering the night shift on their own.
That's the admission from the Department of Health and Social Care - Ward 5 is currently short of seven nursing staff.
Two nurses and two healthcare assistants should cover the overnight period however Minister Howard Quayle admits that doesn't always happen:
