Nurses on the Island are considering industrial action after pay negotiations.
The Royal College of Nursing trade union has been in talks with Manx Care since last May, and have rejected several offers ranging from 1%.
The union proposed a 15% pay increase and a one-off payment, however Manx Care's final pay offer stands at 4%.
Nurses will be balloted over whether this is an acceptable offer, with the results informing what steps they'll take next.
