An Island nursery has applied for permission to open a new facility on a business park in Braddan.
Hopes and Dreams says it wants to use the unit on the Eden Business Park on Cooil Road for out of school care.
The unit would open for two hours after school during term time and from 8.30am to 5.30pm during school holidays.
Hopes and Dreams already had permission to use another unit nearby - but says that's now been sold and is unavailable.
