A new 'Inclusive Class Pass' has been launched at the NSC for adults with physical or learning difficulties.
The gym membership will give access to a range of inclusive weekly classes, and is priced at a reduced rate of £8 per month.
Carers, friends and family members can take part free of charge when accompanying in a caring capacity.
Activities within the membership include sensory and low impact exercises.
An open day to give people a free taster of the sessions is taking place from 9:30am-3:30pm on Monday October 9.
