The Island could be in for a Bank holiday aurora show this weekend.
A strong burst of solar activity means charged particles are on a collision course with the Earth's atmosphere.
As a result, there may be a Northern Lights show on Sunday night and the early hours of Monday - if the weather stays clear.
The best chance of spotting the lights will be from 10pm on Sunday until around 5am on Monday.
