A Northern Irish boat with engine problems traveling back from the Isle of Man has been rescued by a lifeboat crew.
On Sunday, Kilkeel RNLI was called to help five people on board the vessel, which was 20 miles east of the town.
Crews located the boat and rigged a tow to make safe passage back to Kilkeel harbour.
The RNLI says that the situation could have been much worse and reminded people to always tell others their travel plans as well as carry safety equipment on board.
