The Northern Civic Amenity site is welcoming back customers from today.
The facility in Balladoole is operating a booking system along with a series of other Covid-19 safety measures.
Officials at the site say only household burnable and green waste is being accepted at this time; the reuse area remains shut; no TVs, fridges or freezers are being accepted and anyone attending will have a maximum stay of ten minutes.
Facemasks must be worn and social distancing observed.
It comes after the Western, Eastern and Southern sites also started welcoming back customers this week.
Meanwhile, a link to the booking system for the facility can be found here.
