Works to crossings in the north have been delayed due to staffing issues and poor weather.
The Department for Infrastructure says the scheduled resurfacing of the new crossing sites at Ballabeg and Market Place in Ramsey have been delayed.
There have been temporary issues with staff within the paver team and bad weather delaying other works has had a knock on effect.
It's thought that both crossings will now be operational by Easter.
