Podiatry clinics usually held at Cummal Mooar Residential Care Home in Ramsey are being moved again this week due to a suspected outbreak of norovirus.
They were relocated to Ramsey and District Cottage Hospital last week, that's been extended for today and tomorrow also.
The Department of Health say it's a precaution to minimise the risk of any infection spreading to patients.
Clinics will resume at Cummal Mooar as normal on Wednesday 27th July with the facilities having undergone a deep clean.
