Those who have gone the extra mile to support people affected by dementia could be recognised at a prestigious national awards ceremony.
Nominations are now open for the Alzheimer’s Society’s Dementia Heroes Awards 2021 which will take place in May.
The awards will take place virtually due to the coronavirus pandemic during Dementia Action Week (17-23 May).
It will showcase stories of people doing outstanding things during the pandemic and highlight Alzheimer’s Society’s dementia heroes.
You can nominate your dementia hero by visiting www.alzheimers.org.uk/dementiaheroawards before the deadline on Friday, March 5.
