Manx Care says it hopes to reopen the Private Patients' Unit at Noble's for certain procedures like cataracts later this year.
Responding to a Tynwald question for written reply from Rushen MHK Juan Watterson, Healthcare Minister Claire Christian said the aim is to carry out 100 procedures by next March.
She added income from private patient services is expected to increase from £438,000 to £750,000 over the coming year.
The unit has been partly closed since 2020, with Manx Care having only offered private outpatient and diagnostic services since then.
