Noble's operating under 'extreme pressure,' says Manx Care

Noble's Hospital is currently operating under 'extreme pressure.'

That's according to Manx Care, who says a 'clearly defined plan' is in place to manage this and ensure patient safety is maintained. 

This includes asking members of the public to 'choose well' when it comes to seeking health care and support, and only use A&E when needed.
