Safety at Noble’s Hospital is set to be improved further with the appointment of a new patient safety and quality manager.
Sue Waddecar, who’s worked for the NHS since 1987, has been appointed to the position.
She’ll head up the team which is responsible for looking at care and treatment processes in order to keep people safe.
Her role will include implementing the recommendations from the Francis Report, the Beamans review and the ongoing review by the West Midlands Quality Review Service.
