A new report into complaints about Manx Care says Accident and Emergency at Noble's Hospital is running at more than twice its capacity.
The organisation's annual report about complaints says it saw a rise of almost 70 per cent about the Emergency Department compared to last year.
Complaints about emergency medicine rose from 85 to 143.
Manx Care says Noble's A&E was designed for 20,000 people a year - but now sees nearly 44,000.
