 
                            Manx Utilities chair John Wannenburgh says it's too soon to tell if money needs to be put aside to tear down a windfarm - because it doesn't even have planning permission yet.
In the House of Keys this week he faced questions from Arbory, Castletown and Malew MHK Jason Moorhouse about the proposed Earystane development.
He wanted to know if the organisation had plans for a fund to eventually decommission the project.
But Mr Wannenburgh said a survey to find out what the site needs is still in its early stages:
