A nurse's union says members should decide for themselves whether to accept a new pay offer in the latest round of negotiations with Manx Care.
The Royal College of Nursing says it hasn't made any recommendations about whether its members should accept the offer as it ballots over a six per cent pay offer.
RCN North West regional director Estephanie Dunn says the union isn't recommending how members should vote.
Last year, nurses took strike action when negotiations broke down - they eventually approved a pay rise deal in November.
The consultation closes at midday on February 14.
