Manx Utilities has confirmed its smart meter app is unavailable this morning.
Customers had complained the SmarterLiving app, which lets them put credit on their meters, was having problems earlier.
Manx Utilities says it's aware of issues and it's working to resolve them as soon as possible.
The organisation says nobody will be cut off and it'll keep customers updated.
