Government says it believes bus drivers have no intention of going on strike in the near future.
The Department of Community, Culture and Leisure says the drivers union Unite hasn’t indicated this as a course of action.
However it says whilst the current row over changes to pay and terms and conditions rumbles on it will continue to review its contingency plans.
The issue was raised in Tynwald this week by Castletown MHK Richard Ronan who wanted to know why a temporary railway platform was still erected near to the Southern 100 course.
