The Social Care Minister says there will be no job losses as a result of outsourcing an adult care unit in Ramsey.
The DSC currently runs Ingledene on Lezayre Road but will soon be putting the facility out to tender.
The outsourced contract would see a new organisation run both the unit and another nearby facility.
