A housing scheme to get people on the property ladder was scrapped because there wasn't enough interest.
This week in Tynwald, Infrastructure Minister Tim Crookall faced questions about the mid-rent pilot scheme.
The scheme gave cut-price rents on properties to allow people to save towards a deposit, but ended last year.
Mr Crookall said there simply hadn't been enough interest in it:
