Manx Care says it doesn't have any information about how much translators cost over the last five years.
A Freedom of Information request asked how many translators the body employed, what languages they spoke and how much they'd been paid.
In its response, Manx Care says it doesn't hold that data.
However, it suggested the Cabinet Office might be able to supply it.
