Attempts to find out about a possible nationalisation of Manx Telecom have proved fruitless - after someone made five Freedom of Information requests.
They asked for texts, emails, messages or letters about a proposed buyout of MT by the government.
Requests were sent to the Cabinet Office, Department for Enterprise, Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture, Department of Health and Social Care and Department of Infrastructure.
However, in each case the organisation said it didn't hold any information on any talks or plans.
