A man accused of a stabbing has been cleared of causing grievous bodily harm.
34 year old Paul Anthony McCormick was accused of stabbing a man when his home on Albert Street in Ramsey was broken into on July 5.
He hadn't yet entered a plea to the allegation.
The court heard that the prosecution would offer no evidence, and the charge was marked withdrawn.
