No 'easy solution' to drug reform says Chief Minister

The Chief Minister says he isn't against the Isle of Man allowing cannabis to be used medicinally. 

However Howard Quayle says the Island cannot take a "willy-nilly" approach to the legalisation of drugs. 

His comments come after a call from UK group TRANSFORM, and a father whose two sons died from drugs, to legalise and regulate drugs.

Work to review the Drug and Alcohol Strategy is continuing - Mr Quayle says there isn't an easy solution:
