The main contractor behind the new ferry terminal in Liverpool says there's no legal dispute over the project.
This week in the House of Keys, Infrastructure Minister Tim Crookall said he couldn't give a final cost for the scheme because of a legal dispute.
He told MHKs the Department of Infrastructure had spent its £70 million budget as well as an extra £2.1 million.
However, main contractor John Sisk & Son has now told UK media there is no "ongoing dispute".
