Police say no children have been hurt, following a collision outside a school.
Officers took to social media confirming a section of road is closed, after a collision involving a car and a female pedestrian.
Currently, the route between Braddan Oak and Ballafletcher Road is shut.
The constabulary says although it isn't possible for cars to drive to the school, pupils assisted by teachers will be safely taken by bus, to Vagabonds Rugby club Car Park where they can be collected at the normal time.
They have confirmed no children were involved in the incident.
