Health Minister Claire Christian says no changes to screening for breast, cervix and bowel cancer have been suggested to her.
In the House of Keys this week, she faced questions from Onchan MHK Julie Edge about the programmes and any planned changes.
Miss Christian explained her Manx Care carries out the screening on behalf of her department.
And she added while a review is due to take place, no changes had been suggested or recommended:
