The Island's Treasury Minister says there's no money to increase foreign aid this year.
In his budget speech this morning, Dr Alex Allinson told Tynwald conflict and hardship is affecting millions of people around the world.
But he says although the Isle of Man will continue to provide aid to various regions through the Isle of Man International Development fund, there'll be no increase in the aid budget.
He expressed his regret to the court.
