Health Minister Kate Beecroft says there's no money to help improve services for those suffering from ME.
In the House of Keys this week, she faced questions from Garff MHK Martyn Perkins about how her department was improving diagnosis and treatment for the condition.
He said up to 350 people on the Island currently suffer from it, and many feel the health service isn't as good as it could be.
