The government says it's not aware of any bonus payments to Manx Care workers.
A Freedom of Information request asked how much the organisation's staff had been paid since it took over health care provision on the Island.
In its response, the Office of Human Resources said it didn't know of any bonus payments to public sector workers at Manx Care.
It added it didn't have any records of any such payments since the body was set up.
