A bus union planning strike action this weekend says it hasn't met the Department of Infrastructure.
Debbie Halsall of Unite the Union posted to Facebook saying no agreement was reached with the government after a meeting at the Manx Industrial Relations Service.
And she says suggestions it might hold off on strike action in a row over pay, proposed changes to sick pay and holidays are wrong.
Drivers are due to walk out for 10 days from Saturday, February 21.
