No after-prom party threats reported to police

Police say they're not aware of any threats after four after-prom parties were cancelled yesterday.

Officers have confirmed they've been told the events - unofficial parties organised by parents - have been cancelled.

But they say they haven't been involved in the decision to call the gatherings off.

But they add if threats have been made, people should contact them on 631212.
