A further section of the newly-laid horse tram tracks in Douglas has opened.
As a result, the service can now run between Switzerland Road and Palace View Terrace with parking in that area now also available.
However, the government confirmed earlier this week further down the stretch at Central Promenade cracks were discovered in the red concrete between the rail tracks.
An investigation has already been launched into that issue to find out how it's happened and how it can be fixed.
