The athlete ran 19 marathons in 19 days to raise cash for the Manx Solidarity Fund, which was set up to help those struggling financially during lockdown.
Former headmaster John Riley, broadcaster Charles Guard, commissioner Jane Glover and senior nurse Susan Waddecar will also be invested with MBEs.
Chief Constable Gary Roberts will receive the Queen's Police Medal, while poppy fundraiser Edna Clarke will get the British Empire Medal.
