Glen Wyllin Trout Farm has applied to reinstate a weir at the campsite in the West.
The company says it's putting the weir back in the stream after promising the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture it would do so some time ago.
In its application, it says the weir will help control the flow of water to the fish farm through a mill race.
Because the land is owned by DEFA, the planning application will be considered by the Council of Ministers.
