On Facebook, Lilee's Tearoom and Bistro says it's about to open in the former Other Place building, in Parliament Square.
The owners also run the dessert box business Artus'n Foods.
An opening date hasn't been announced yet, but the company says you can keep up to date via its Facebook page.
