There are plans to bring in a series of brand new sports facilities at King Williams College.
Southern Community Sports Facility is seeking approval in principle to create a 50-metre swimming pool, 60-metre running track, sports hall and a gym with changing facilities.
As part of the application there are also proposals for a cafe, five retail units and parking spaces.
The plans are now subject to approval.
