 
                            DoI, DED & Manx Auto Sport Ltd working together to replace Rally Isle of Man
Plans for a Rally to replace the cancelled Rally Isle of Man have been announced.
The Department of Infrastructure has been working with the Department of Economic Development and Manx Auto Sport Ltd to organise a new event following the cancellation of Rally Isle of Man.
	 
	Mark Ellison, Chairman of Manx Auto Sport Ltd said they had received numerous requests from competitors and officials from both on and off the island to stage an alternative event on the same dates that RIOM would have taken place taken place.
	 
	More details will be announced in due course, but the organisers add that the success of the proposal will also rely on the support of competitors and rally enthusiasts alike.
